Jaikrishna provides Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) services including but not limited to product design, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, and after-sales support for technology products. All services are subject to separate contractual agreements.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jaikrishna or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Client-specific designs and specifications developed under project agreements remain the property of the respective clients as outlined in individual contracts.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and project details. All business relationships are governed by mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) that protect both parties' proprietary information.
All project engagements are subject to separate written agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions. The Blueprint Session on our website is for initial consultation purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement.
Jaikrishna follows industry-standard quality control processes including Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), Design Validation Testing (DVT), and Production Validation Testing (PVT). Specific quality requirements and acceptance criteria are defined in individual project agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jaikrishna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
The information on this website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Product warranties are governed by individual project agreements and are separate from website terms. Manufacturing warranties and support terms are specified in client contracts.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
